D. Feature:
a. This kind machine is to fill drink water into 5 gallons bottle. It can auto carry out sterilizing, washing, filling, press capping and products discharging. It has performances of full functions, more compact in structure. It is a new type of bottled drink water filling machine, which integrates mechanical, electrical and pneumatic technologies into one unit.
b. The production line which is designed especially for 3-5 gallon barrel drinking water;
c. It's composed of washing, filling, capping.
d. With the purpose of washing and sterilizing the barrels, the rinser in the production line will spray the barrels several times with rinser solution and sterilizing water, and the sterilizing water can be used circularly.
And the capper will cap the barrels automatically, during the period of transporting the caps, there will be some spraying device to sterilize the caps, to sure everything is aseptic.
e. The 5Gallon washing filling capping machine will be with 9 stations in machine.
| 1st step: Is to use the hot water washing twice, and one time drop dry, and the machine has heating system inside. |
| 2nd step: Is to use recycling water washing twice, and one time drop dry. |
| 3rd step: Is to use pure water washing twice, and one time drop dry. |
