Cap sterilizing tunnel & cap elevator 

Feature:

1) Cap elevator 

1. Material: food grade, stainless steel SUS304; 
2. Function: Easily send caps into cap unscrambler, no need to climb higher for sending caps into the cap unscramber; 
3. Capacity:  ≥10000 caps per hour

2) Cap sterilizing tunnel 

The caps are send into the cap sterilizing tunnel by the cap elevator, and covered. Then the purified water will sterilize the caps. The purified water will come from the pure water tank (from water treatment system). Then sterilize the caps with purified fresh water. 

2. Rinsing part

Feature: 

l. The rotary wheel is a fully stainless steel welded structure.
2. The machine applies unique overturning bottle clamp, which is an specialty of our company. This bottle clamp grips bottle at neck position, avoiding bottle mouth thread contamination caused by rubber gripper block of a traditional bottle clamp. Used of SUS304 stainless steel, this bottle clamp is sanitary and long-lived.
3. The high efficiency atomizing spay nozzle installed on bottle clamp is capable of cleaning any part of bottle inner wall, and also saves rinsing water.
4. All sliding bushes of lifting device use Igus (Germany) anti-corrosion maintenance free bearing.
5. The rinsing part is driven by driving system positioned inside machine frame via gear transmission. 
 

3. Filling part

Feature: 

l. Rotary wheel fully made of stainless steel SUS 304.
2. Gravity filling method.
3. Filling valves are made of SUS304.
4. Filling valves are reasonably structured with accurate filling.
7. Filler is driven through gears inside the machine frame.
8. Link-wheels in rinser, filler and capper are transported in ringed support of bottle-neck. 
 

4. Capping part

Capper is the machine with highest precision, influence very much with the stability and reliability of the filling monoblock. Our capper features as follows:

2.electromagnetic capping heads, with burden discharge function, make sure minimum bottle crash during capping

4.No bottle no capping
5.Automatic stop when lack of bottle
